Speaker: Nicolas Jabko (Ph.D., University of California, Berkeley) is a senior research fellow at the Centre d’Etudes et de Recherches Internationales of Sciences Po, Paris, where he teaches political science. He is the author of Playing the Market: A Political Strategy for Uniting Europe, 1985-2005 (Cornell University Press, 2006) and co-editor of the 8th volume of the State of the European Union (Oxford University Press, 2005). He has published articles in Comparative Political Studies, Journal of European Public Policy, Comparative European Politics, Security Studies, Revue Française de Science Politique, Critique Internationale. He has held a postdoctoral fellowship at Princeton University
