Co-sponsored with the Program in Contemporary European Politics and Society Loukas Tsoukalis is President of the Hellenic Foundation for European and Foreign Policy (ELIAMEP), Jean Monnet Professor of European Integration at the University of Athens and Visiting Professor at the College of Europe. Since 2005, he has been Special Adviser to the President of the European Commission. He has taught in many universities, including Oxford, the London School of Economics, Sciences Po in Paris, and the European University Institute in Florence. He is author of many books and articles on European integration and international political economy. His new book The Delphic Oracle on Europe will be published by Oxford University Press.
