
Joseph is a senior in the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs, where he is pursuing certificates in Contemporary European Politics and Society as well as Environmental Policy. His areas of interest include the Common Agricultural Policy and its impact on emerging food markets in Africa, the EU's relations with the Near East and China as they relate to human rights, and agricultural development and food security in the developing world. Outside of his role in the European Union Program, Joseph is the president of the campus chapter of the Slow Food movement and helps to run the Princeton Farm to Fork Project. He also serves on the senior class Commencement Committee.
Born in the United States, Joseph has spent time living in Italy, France, and Denmark. He is studying French and Arabic at Princeton in addition to speaking Spanish and Italian.
