Quentin Becheau is an international student from France. Part of the class of 2017, he intends to major in the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs with a particular focus on international security. Currently learning Russian, he is considering a senior thesis on topics ranging from energy security in France to inter-European cybersecurity threats.
